News From Bendale Ex-Warden of York County and Former Scarboro Reeve is Dead The death of James Chester, ex-warden of York County and who for years occupied the position of reeve of Scarboro Township, took place here today. Mr. Chester's death comes in the nature of a great shock to his family and Scarboro citizens in general. Mr. Chester had for years been actively identified with the Toronto Milk Producers' Association as president. A large family survive. The funeral arrangements were not completed this afternoon.
