World History

This non-profit theatre group was formed in 1988. Operating out of both Scarborough Village Theatre and Scarborough Court Seniors Residence, they have performed such hits as "On Golden Pond", "The Owl and the Pussycat" and "Grease".

We were very fortunate to have these talented people perform A Scarboro Tale on November 12 1994 as the major feature of Scarboro Fare Fair 1994.

This musical and historical narrative of Scarborough's colourful agricultural past and pioneers was written by Larry Westlake. The Musical Director was Vanessa Molto with Bass played by Roger Starr.
